Duties & Responsibility:
Preparing, organizing and ensure annual Training and Development plans are executed.
Design and implement employee orientation program.
Assist on the job training is efficiently implemented, monitored, measured, reported and continuously improved.
Support HR Managers on training needs analysis, developmental initiatives and Organization development Projects.
Develop Learning & Development Tools and road map.
Identify employee Training needs by different learning methodologies such as Classroom training, Workshops, Lecture-Demonstration.
Monitoring and improving performance Management system.
Ad-hoc project assigned by HR Manager.
Other tasks will be assigned
Desired skills & experiences:
[Must]
Male/Female, Age 25-30 years old
Bachelor or Master’s Degree in psychology, organization development or any related field.
Have an experience in training/HRD at least 3 years.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Good command in English both written and spoken
Able to plan training need, training road map and training plan
Flexible and Humble Personality, Good Coordinator and Good Service Mind with Relationship.
Knowledge of Microsoft office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Knowledgeable of ISO 9001:2008 and labor union
Languages skills:
English: Conversational level
Japanese: None

Working Hour:08.30 – 17.30 (Mon-Fri)
