HRD Staff @Rayong (30K-38K) (SDG-26606)
<Job Responsibilities>
Work alongside with HR Manager to conduct good training program to skills up current employees.
Support with talent assessment, providing coaching sessions, and analysis / development of talent management systems, succession planning and processes related to performance management, career planning, business continuity and culture.
Review compensation and benefit regularly to meet employee’s needs and also follow latest labor rule.
Support review evaluation system and personnel system to strengthen the organization
Responsible for internal recruitment.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 25-33 years old
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource or any related field.
Minimum 3 year experience in overall HR with a touch of training experience is welcome.
Able to communicate well in English (Advanced Conversation - Middle)
Strong analytical and problem solving skill.
Ability to make clear communication and work as a team.
Active, creative and initiative person.
