Duties & Responsibility:
• Being responsible for all functions relating to Human Resources and to participate and coordinate with management in relation to all human resources management and labor law activities.
• Maintaining and controlling other systems such as those relating to Performance Evaluation, Benefits and Welfare for all employees.
• Setting up policies and planning for Human Resource functions and Administration functions.
• Controlling payroll & the provident fund to ensure employees are remunerated in accordance with the company’s policy.
• Managing all company compensation (welfare & benefit) activities.
• Preparing various human resources related reports and ensuring staff records are maintained in accordance with company policy.
• Motivate, develop, supervise and coach subordinates on tasks; share/advise on problem-solving solutions; monitor/evaluate performance in order to ensure a high-performance team-oriented, dedicated workforce, and meet organizational capabilities.
Desired skills & experiences:
• Male or Female with Thai Nationality, age 33 - 40 years old.
• Bachelor Degree or higher in Human Resources Management or any related field.
• Experience 8-10 years up in general human resources functions.
• Good command of English.
• Strong Initiative and positive attitude
• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadline
• Good communication, influencing, problem solving and interpersonal skills
• Computer literacy e.g. MS Word, Excel, Power Point and etc.
*English: Business Level (Business, TOEIC:700 or over)
