Duties & Responsibility:

Assist the regional HR Manager, in providing full-spectrum HR Support for
(Detail)
Assist in staff recruitment, Government Contract and employee, performance management and employee motivation.
Responsible for updating & Filling all HR/Personnel Records & Payroll
Responsible for preparing and coordinating required HR& Related reports for regional reporting and filling on a monthly basis
Administers the staff attendance record and provides input to the Finance to payroll calculation.
Updates all leave records and prepared the leave balance summary for the individual staff for mid-year and year-end review.
Procedure of visa and work permit
Organize staff Activities within Budgeted spending e.g. Company outings, recreational programs, Christmas Party New Year Party, with the aim of improving employee welfare, morale and promoting employee cohesiveness.
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai Nationality Only, Age: 22-30
Bachelor's degree in any related field.
New graduates welcome
Good in spoken English (Internal communication)
PC Skill (MS Office)
[Prefer]
At least 5 years working as HR/Admins Field in Large Company.
Languages skills:
English: conversation level
Workplace Area: Udomsuk, Bangkok
Working Hour: Monday – Friday 8:00 – 17.00
