Human Resource (English Speaking, Fresh Graduates) (20K–30K) (SDG-117956)

<Job responsibilities>
- Expense calculation and registration
- Co-ordinate with visa & work permit with outsource agency and internal Japanese
- Support Daily and administrative HR tasks
- HR related document work.
- Other duties as assigned

- Company will assign additional HR tasks such as recruitment, payroll or further HRM tasks depends on situation and ability.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Female , age 22 - 25 years old
- Bachelor's degree- New graduates are welcome if joined some activities in university OR
- Experience in HRM or HR with Admin work function field
- Conversation high to business level in English (Coordinate with internal Japanese, documents reports, email etc.) *Proficient both speaking and writing
- Good in calculating/ mathematic
- Good command of MS Excel (Vlookup, Pivot)
- Energetic, polite with good communication skills
- Can do overtime if necessary during monthly closing or urgent tasks
- Can plan work and Follow-up things
- High discipline, on time attendance
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Holding TOEIC 700 or over
- Commuting time to the office less than 1 hour.
- Experience of recruitment, payroll
- Experience of visa & work permit

Working Hour: 8:30-17:15(Monday - Friday [Lunch break 12.00-13.20 hrs])
