Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintaining HR Database to ensuring correct recording of all staff and employment related information as required with restricted confidential environment
- Ensuring security of HR information through established security protocol
- Responding to online inquiries by end users and keeping track of those issues for the improvement of system
- Conducting HRIS training and developing documentation of system for endorses
- Responsible for HR report, designing and providing HR reports including generating and running reports with accuracy
- Interacting with service providers & IT team on the system updates and solve issues if required
- Other tasks as assigned
Qualification:
Desired skills & experiences:
[Must]
- Male or Female, THAI Nationality , Age 25-35
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information System, HR Management or IT/Data related field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in HRIS with data management and strong understanding of HR process and data, HRIS database design and structure
- Good command of computer literacy with advanced MS Excel skill
- Work knowledge and experience in utilizing and creating database and spreadsheets

- Work well under pressure
- Strong system analytical skill, good decision making & problem solving skills
- Experience in Orisoft Program or similar scale of SAP will be an advantage
- Result oriented, Self-motivated, good team player
Workplace Area: Bangrak
Working Hour: Monday to Friday 08.30 – 17.00
