Import & Export Assistance Manager (30K–45K) (SDG-110679)
ผู้จัดการฝ่ายช่วยเหลือการนำเข้าและส่งออก

<Job responsibilities>
- Oversee and monitor the workflow of CS and shipping (air, Land and Sea)
- Provide accurate customs codes to customers and shipping
- Provide advice to customers on dealing with customs procedures.
- Report issues to the Manager and find solutions
- Provide training on customs procedures and operations to employees
- Coordinate with the Sales team and visit clients (2-3 times/week depending on the situation)
- Other duties as assigned

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
- ดูแลและติดตามกระบวนการทำงานด้าน CS และการจัดส่ง (ทางอากาศ ทางบก และทางทะเล)
- แจ้งรหัสศุลกากรที่ถูกต้องให้แก่ลูกค้าและการจัดส่ง
- ให้คำแนะนำลูกค้าเกี่ยวกับการดำเนินการตามพิธีการศุลกากร
- รายงานปัญหาให้ผู้จัดการทราบและหาแนวทางแก้ไข
- จัดอบรมเรื่องพิธีการและการดำเนินการทางศุลกากรให้กับพนักงาน
- ประสานงานกับทีมขายและพบลูกค้า (2-3 ครั้ง/สัปดาห์ ขึ้นอยู่กับสถานการณ์)
- หน้าที่อื่นๆ ตามที่มอบหมาย



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 40 - 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree
・Bachelor's degree in BA, Logistics, or any field
・At least 5 years of experience in logistics or freight forwarder company
・Have experience in Import-Export and Strong freight forwarding and logistics knowledge.
・Having experience in SEA, AIR, and Land (import-export experience) logistics
・Good command of both written and spoken English, communicate with overseas customers and the Japanese team
・Able to visit client with Sales Team (2-3 times/week depending on the situation), car and driver provided
・ Have communication, coordination, and negotiation skills
・Computer Literacy (MS Office such as VLOOKUP, Pivot table)
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Having experience in a Japanese company
・ Having experience in taking care of Electronics and Semiconductor products

Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Mon - Fri (Sat 8.30-12.30: Every other week during probation and One week per month after probation))

- ปริญญาตรี
・วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี สาขา BA, Logistics หรือสาขาใดก็ได้
・มีประสบการณ์ด้านโลจิสติกส์หรือบริษัทตัวแทนขนส่งอย่างน้อย 5 ปี
・มีประสบการณ์ด้านนำเข้า-ส่งออก และมีความรู้ด้านการขนส่งสินค้าและโลจิสติกส์เป็นอย่างดี
・มีประสบการณ์ด้านโลจิสติกส์ทางทะเล ทางอากาศ และทางบก (ประสบการณ์นำเข้า-ส่งออก)
・สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษทั้งเขียนและพูดได้ดี สื่อสารกับลูกค้าต่างประเทศและทีมงานชาวญี่ปุ่นได้
・สามารถไปพบลูกค้ากับทีมขายได้ (2-3 ครั้ง/สัปดาห์ ขึ้นอยู่กับสถานการณ์) มีรถยนต์และคนขับให้
・ มีทักษะด้านการสื่อสาร การประสานงาน และการเจรจา
・มีความรู้ด้านคอมพิวเตอร์ (MS Office เช่น VLOOKUP, Pivot table)

・มีประสบการณ์ทำงานในบริษัทญี่ปุ่น
・ มีประสบการณ์ในการดูแลผลิตภัณฑ์อิเล็คทรอนิกส์และเซมิคอนดักเตอร์
