Import / Export Coordinator (25K-30K) (SDG-37684)
<Job Responsibilities>
This position is in charge of dealing with Import-Export
Handling Import-Export documents such as Invoice, packing list, CO Form A,E,D, B/L, LC, IMDG
Check order receiving, control the shipment schedule
Negotiate transportation and handling costs as well as space and equipment availability for air/sea/overland freight operations with truckers, shipping lines and other supplier
Follow up closely with agents and shipping lines to ensure that pricing is provided on time
Cooperate with internal department about production planning, packing plan and control the dispatching department for loading cargo as order requirement
Issue PO, all payment such as advance / balance payment, import tax, shipping expense, liner, freight forwarder for freight charge and truck/trailer expense.
Recheck all import-Export documents (Invoice, packing list C/O Form A,D,E,BL,LC or other)
Other tasks as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 25-30 years old
Bachelor's degree in any fields
Experience of working at logistic company or trading company as Import / Export Coordinator for more than 3 years
Experience and knowledge of Ocean Ship Operation
Good command of English (Conversational speaking level and write correctly)
Computer skill in Microsoft (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
High communication skill
Can work long term

Experience of handling all import process
Experience of handling Chemical products in logistic company
Knowledge of IMDG
Languages skills

Working Hour: 8:30-17:30 (Mon-Fri)
