Import & Export officer (22K–27K) (SDG-114836)
<Job responsibilities>
Import:
- Checking and gathering document of invoice
- Checking Paperless duty charge
- Making a delivery plan and manage shipments
- Checking Expense
- Receive document in the system for shipment.
- Inventory Control, Put the data related to inventory in excel and system.
Export:
- Cooperate with customer
- Create, checking, gathering Export and Sales related documents such as Export Invoice, Packing list, Invoice etc.
- Manage shipments
- Responsible to contact with customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information
- Maintain and update Sales and customer records
- Direction Feedback from customers to Supervisor or Manager
- Identifying the products and services to add on offer
- Supporting Sale Department with other administrative tasks as assigned
Other tasks as assigned:
- Checking Expense, negotiate transportation and handling costs as well as space and equipment availability with external freight forwarder
- BOI tasks
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 24 - 30 years old
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills, good in prioritizing, coordination, detail oriented, work well under pressure
- At least 1 year as Import & Export officer or Import Officer, Sales Coordinator in Trading or Manufacturing company
- Import Process Experience
- Conversational High of English (documents, report, email, communicate with oversea clients or suppliers etc.)
- PC skill(word, Excel, Power point)
- High sense of responsibility
<Preferable Skill / Experience >
- Experience in supporting client as sales person
- Having experience in BOI 1-3 years
- Experienced Simlex Software.
