Import-Export & Sales Senior Supervisor (40K – 55K) (SDG-115320)
หัวหน้างานอาวุโสฝ่ายนำเข้า-ส่งออกและการขาย

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Manage the tasks and staff involved in freight forwarding.
• Engage in sales activities to acquire and care for new customers.
• Oversee purchasing of packing materials related to warehouse operation. (90% is Import & export with 1 big company, 10% is sales and purchasing, warehouse operations)
• Coordinate with existing clients daily operation and sometimes visit to new clients
• Report to Japanese manager in English
• Other works by assign by management.

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
• จัดการงานและพนักงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการขนส่งสินค้า
• มีส่วนร่วมในกิจกรรมการขายเพื่อหาและดูแลลูกค้าใหม่
• ดูแลการจัดซื้อวัสดุบรรจุภัณฑ์ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการดำเนินงานคลังสินค้า (90% เป็นงานนำเข้าและส่งออกในบริษัทใหญ่ 1 แห่ง 10% เป็นงานขายและจัดซื้อ การดำเนินงานคลังสินค้า)
• ประสานงานกับลูกค้าที่มีอยู่แล้วในการดำเนินงานประจำวันและบางครั้งเยี่ยมชมลูกค้าใหม่
• รายงานต่อผู้จัดการชาวญี่ปุ่นเป็นภาษาอังกฤษ
• งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ผู้บริหารมอบหมาย


Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 35-45 years
• Male only
• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 3 years’ experience of import & Export (Forwarding and shipping) in Distribution or manufacturing company
• Conversational middle to high level of English
• At least 3 years’ experience of Assistant Manager level (Have subordinate)
• Can commute by yourself
• Strong experience for handle existing clients to big company is preferable.
• Have understanding for Thai market, including relationships with local vendors is preferable.
• Have experience as study aboard or working in foreign country (English native country or Japan, Europe, etc.) is preferable.

Workplace Area: Amata city Chonburi
Working Hour: 7:40-16:40(Mon-Fri, Saturday 2 times per month depends on company calendar)

• มีประสบการณ์ด้านการนำเข้าและส่งออก (งานส่งต่อและการจัดส่ง) ในบริษัทจัดจำหน่ายหรือการผลิตอย่างน้อย 3 ปี
• ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนา
• มีประสบการณ์ในระดับผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการอย่างน้อย 3 ปี (มีผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา)
• สามารถเดินทางเองได้
• มีประสบการณ์ที่ดีในการจัดการลูกค้าที่มีอยู่ของบริษัทใหญ่จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• มีความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับตลาดในประเทศไทย รวมถึงความสัมพันธ์กับผู้ขายในท้องถิ่นจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• มีประสบการณ์ศึกษาต่อในต่างประเทศหรือทำงานในต่างประเทศ (ประเทศเจ้าของภาษาอังกฤษหรือญี่ปุ่น ยุโรป เป็นต้น) จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
