Industrial Supervisor
(35K – 45K) (SDG-57488)
วิศวกรอุตสาหการ ระดับอาวุโส

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Plan and control project activities for improving production efficiency.
• Cycle time calculation, workflow and recommend the most effective method.
• Analyze, evaluates and plan the solution to solve technical problem.
• Responsible for Efficiency (EFF), Value Analysis (VA) และ Piece Per Hour (PPH).
• Other tasks as assigned.


Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 32-38 years
• Male only
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineer only
• Have working experience at least 8 years about Industrial Engineer in any manufacturing industry
• Have management experience at least 3 years as Supervisor or leader (have subordinate) in any manufacturing industry
• Able to use Auto CAD 2D or 3D, Microsoft Program
• Have knowledge about VSM, 7 QC tools, JIT
• Have knowledge about ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001
• Advance conversation middle level of English
• Have working experience at least 8 years about Industrial Engineer in Automotive manufacturing industry

Working Hour: 8:00-17:05(<Saturday Working: Average 1 time per month>)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
•วางแผนและควบคุมกิจกรรมโครงการเพื่อปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพการผลิต
•การคำนวณรอบเวลาขั้นตอนการทำงานและแนะนำวิธีการที่มีประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด
•วิเคราะห์ประเมินและวางแผนวิธีการแก้ปัญหาทางเทคนิค
•รับผิดชอบต่อประสิทธิภาพ (EFF) การวิเคราะห์มูลค่า (VA) และชิ้นต่อชั่วโมง (PPH)
•งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย


ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น
•อายุ 32-38 ปี
•ผู้ชายเท่านั้น
•วุฒิปริญญาตรีสาขาวิศวกรอุตสาหการเท่านั้น
•มีประสบการณ์ทำงานอย่างน้อย 8 ปีเกี่ยวกับวิศวกรอุตสาหการในอุตสาหกรรมการผลิตใด ๆ
•มีประสบการณ์บริหารอย่างน้อย 3 ปีในตำแหน่งหัวหน้างานหรือหัวหน้า (มีลูกน้อง) ในอุตสาหกรรมการผลิตใด ๆ
•สามารถใช้ Auto CAD 2D หรือ 3D, Microsoft Program
•มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับ VSM, 7 QC tools, JIT
•มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับ ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001
•สนทนาภาษาอังกฤษระดับกลางขั้นสูง
•มีประสบการณ์ทำงานอย่างน้อย 8 ปีเกี่ยวกับวิศวกรอุตสาหการในอุตสาหกรรมการผลิตยานยนต์
