- Diagnostic & Trouble Shooting for Hardware / Software problem.
- Trouble shooting wired and wireless network.
- Manage and delegate, follow up task of technical support team.
- Summary and making report to upper level.

・Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Engineering, Computer Science or related field
・Have working experience at least 2 years about IT, Programmer from any manufacturing industry
・Have working experience about Technical support, Network administrator and Server administrator
・Conversation low-middle level of English
