หัวหน้างาน-ผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการฝ่ายควบคุมภายใน (ฝ่ายผลิต)

<Job responsibilities>
- Notification & explanation to concerned parties and Implementation Procurement & Inventory control process (Machine & Parts), Procurement & Inventory control process (Fertilizer & Cane seed) ,Valuable scrap & Hazardous waste disposal process
- Fixed asset management process
- Prepare internal summary report
- Report at BODs, COs & OS meeting
- Prepare & hold Compliance liaison meeting
- Prepare & hold Compliance seminar
- Prepare & hold Compliance strengthen week
- Conduct Compliance awareness survey
- Conduct employee engagement survey
- Renew Compliance poster
- Renew Compliance Handbook
- Prepare & hold Compliance committee
[Internal Audit by the parent companies]
- Initial preparation, Check manual & work process
- Documentation, Self-Assessment, Sampling & Testing
- Submit materials to the parent companies
- Testing by the auditor
- Discussion with the auditor
- Review detailed report prepared by the parents companies
- Report at BODs, COs & OS meeting

<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
- แจ้งและชี้แจงแก่ผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องและการดำเนินการตามกระบวนการจัดซื้อและควบคุมสินค้าคงคลัง (เครื่องจักรและชิ้นส่วน) กระบวนการจัดซื้อและควบคุมสินค้าคงคลัง (ปุ๋ยและเมล็ดอ้อย) ,กระบวนการกำจัดเศษมีค่าและของเสียอันตราย
- กระบวนการจัดการสินทรัพย์ถาวร
- จัดทำรายงานสรุปภายใน
- รายงานในที่ประชุม BODs, COs & OS
- จัดเตรียมและจัดการประชุมประสานงานด้านการปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบ
- จัดทำและจัดสัมมนาการปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบ
- เตรียมความพร้อมและจัดงานสัปดาห์เสริมสร้างการปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบ
- ดำเนินการสำรวจการรับรู้การปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบ
- ดำเนินการสำรวจการมีส่วนร่วมของพนักงาน
- โปสเตอร์ต่ออายุการปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนด
- ต่ออายุคู่มือการปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนด
- จัดทำและจัดคณะกรรมการกำกับการปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบ
[การตรวจสอบภายในโดยบริษัทแม่]
- การเตรียมการเบื้องต้น ตรวจสอบคู่มือ และขั้นตอนการทำงาน
- การจัดทำเอกสาร การประเมินตนเอง การสุ่มตัวอย่าง และการทดสอบ
- ส่งเอกสารให้บริษัทแม่
- การทดสอบโดยผู้ตรวจสอบบัญชี
- หารือกับผู้สอบบัญชี
- ตรวจสอบรายงานรายละเอียดที่จัดทำโดยบริษัทแม่
- รายงานในที่ประชุม BODs, COs & OS


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 25 - 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's degree in any related field
- 3-4 years of work experiences in Internal Control or Compliance section.
- 3-4 years of work experience Japanese or other foreign companies
- Excellent Level of English (writting and Speaking)
- Ability to work after office hours:( Depends on the situation of the assigned work)
- Able to work at Udon factory (Average 3 time a month)
<Preferable Skill / Experience >
- Having SAP knowledge is preferable
- Japanese Speaking Skill

Working Hour: 9:00-17:00(Monday - Friday, WIO)08.45-17.00 (DEC-APR))

- สัญชาติไทย , ชาย, หญิง อายุ 25 - 45 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรีในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงาน 3-4 ปี ในส่วนการควบคุมภายในหรือการปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบ
- มีประสบการณ์การทำงาน 3-4 ปีในบริษัทญี่ปุ่นหรือบริษัทต่างประเทศอื่นๆ
- ภาษาอังกฤษดีเยี่ยม (การเขียนและการพูด)
- สามารถทำงานนอกเวลาทำการได้:( ขึ้นอยู่กับสถานการณ์ของงานที่ได้รับมอบหมาย)
- สามารถทำงานโรงงานอุดรได้ (เฉลี่ยเดือนละ 3 ครั้ง)

- หากมีความรู้เกี่ยวกับ SAP จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- ทักษะการพูดภาษาญี่ปุ่น
