Internal Support (19K-32K) (SDG-24881)
<Job Responsibilities>
Provide level support and talking with user to determine problems
Participate of information and operational support systems
Install configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools
Liaise with vendor and IT personnel for problem resolution
Set up accounts for staff, ensuring that they know how to log in
This position requires OT works; weekends or after works depends on case. (To support network/system)
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Female, age 24-35 years old
Bachelor Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Computer or related fields
Experience 2-5 years as an IT support (Infrastructure/ Network/ System)
Good command of spoken and written English
Proactive thinking with a "can do" attitude
Strong problem solving. Service mind, and able to under pressure
Good interpersonal skill and be able to coordinate with other teams and clients
Strong abilities to analyze and prioritize issues for problem resolution
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Experience in Network configuration
Experience in Windows server
Languages skills
English: Conversational Level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: BTS Ploenjit, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Monday to Friday (and 8 Saturdays per year))
