Interpreter and Sales Coordinator (Japanese Speaking) (22K–27K) (SDG-99851)
ล่ามและผู้ประสานงานการขาย (ภาษาญี่ปุ่น)

<Job responsibilities>
Sales 80 %
- Sales activities to get inquiries from customers.
- Discussing product specifications between customer and supplier.
- Issue quotation to the customer.
- Delivery control.
- Place the bills.
- Visiting to customers (sometimes making a business trip to overseas)
- Monthly report of estimated performance (Sales / Gross margin)
- Manage advertisements on Facebook
Interpreter 20%
- Support to sales and Back office team (If any) such as Admin division, etc.
- Translate a related document to Thai or Japanese staff

<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
งานขาย 80 %
- กิจกรรมการขายเพื่อรับข้อซักถามจากลูกค้า
- หารือเกี่ยวกับข้อกำหนดของผลิตภัณฑ์ระหว่างลูกค้าและซัพพลายเออร์
- ออกใบเสนอราคาให้กับลูกค้า
- การควบคุมการส่งมอบ
- ออกใบวางบิล
- เดินทางไปพบลูกค้า (บางครั้งเดินทางไปทำธุรกิจต่างประเทศ)
- รายงานผลการดำเนินงานโดยประมาณรายเดือน (ยอดขาย / อัตรากำไรขั้นต้น)
- จัดการโฆษณาบน Facebook
ล่าม 20%
- สนับสนุนทีมขายและ Back office (ถ้ามี) เช่น ฝ่ายธุรการ เป็นต้น
- แปลเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องให้กับพนักงานชาวไทยหรือชาวญี่ปุ่น


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Female , age 22 - 27 years old
- Bachelor's degrees in any related field
- New graduates are also welcomed.
- 1-2 years of work experience in sales coordinator and interpreter positions.
- Basic knowledge of Purchasing/Billing /Importing and Exporting/Stock Control/Cost calculation.
- Strong skills in negotiation and communication skills.
- Good command of English (TOEIC 650)
- Good command of Japanese (N1/ N2)
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- A person can do "Self-Contained" and always be open to discussing a solution with the Supervisor

- ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงาน 1-2 ปีในตำแหน่งประสานงานการขายและล่าม
- ความรู้พื้นฐานด้านการจัดซื้อ/การวางบิล/การนำเข้าและส่งออก/การควบคุมสต็อก/การคำนวณต้นทุน
- มีทักษะในการเจรจาต่อรองและทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (TOEIC 650 คะแนนขึ้นไป)
- สามารถใช้ภาษาญี่ปุ่นได้ดี (N1 / N2)
