Responsibility:
• Take care of all clients and officers in the company and provide end user support
• Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications;
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and network ;
• Talking staff/clients through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone;
• Determine and provide solution to solve computer problems both of software and hardware
• Set up and configure hardware and network system
• Install and reinstall operating system and various application program
• Monitoring, Maintaining Infrastructure Systems by coordinate with technicians and other related persons
• Develop and maintain e-mail and database system
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualification:
• Thai Nationality Only, Male or Female Age: 24 – 28
• Bachelor Degree in IT, computer sciences, or any related field
• Experienced in corporate IT function
• Able to communicate in English language in business context
• Strong teamwork with good personal skills, services mind, love to solve problems
• Language Skill:
*English: Business Level (TOEIC: 750)
