IT Project Coordinator (Japanese Speaking) (35K-55K) (SDG-8435)

<Job Responsibilities>
 Coordinate between Thai and JP staff of internal and external
 Be a main window of communication (via email/meeting/phone) with TH/JP customer
 Create project related documents in CSI template/customer template correctly and submit to related person on-time to achieve purpose of each document
 Be proactive and support Project Leader in tracking project progress/issue to ensure project will be finished on time and report the status to PL/PM/Sales/customer
 Support Business Requirement Hearing
 Perform Project Quality Assurance Task: Analysis & Design Review, Support/ perform System test and support UAT
 Answer inquiries from customer at the time of software/package implementation and post implementation
 Support pre-Sales Activities. (Create Function List, Translate documents, Interpret in meeting, Coordinate between Sales & Engineer)


Workplace Area: BTS Saladaeng, Bangkok
Working Hour: 9:00-18:00(Mon - Fri)

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai Nationality, Male/Female, Age 25-35
 Bachelor’s degree in Japanese major or related field
 Minimum 3 years’ experience in IT project coordinating
 Have IT basic knowledge (not coding program is fine)
 Japanese (JLPT N1-N2) and English skill (TOEIC 700 up)

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 Have experience in Japan
 Have experience in accounting and finance
 Have experience in programming
 Have experience in IT industry
