Responsibility:
- Provide client support and technical issue resolutions for the client executive level.
- Able to troubleshoot and solve basic computer and network problems.
- Configuration of client's equipment to access network resources.
- Configure software to connect to Internet application servers and any other servers that is running in the environment.
- Identify and correct or advise on operational issues in client computer systems
- Able to support Video Conference Equipment (Only basic level is OK)
- Monthly Report creating
Qualification:
- Age: not over 32 years
- Gender: Female
- Thai Nationality Only
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Computer, MIS or other related fields
- Ability to maintain and support computer hardware and software including MS-Windows, Operating System
- Minimum 1 years working in related fields
- Good personality, communication skills, service minded and capable of working under pressure with self-motivation
- Good command in English (TOEIC 750 or above)
- Good command in Japanese (JLPT 2 or above)
