IT System Support Supervisor (28K-40K) (SDG-21614)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Coordinate with Global Team (JP/US) to improve company’s core application or solve technical problems
 Coordinate with business team; sales team, operation to get requirement from users or customers to serve operation or provide a solution to support their requirements in the business unit.
 To be instructor for training and coaching user to understand applications or arrange training for basic software package: Microsoft Office etc.
 Other tasks as assigned.


Workplace Area: MRT Ratchadapisek, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:30-18:00(Mon-Fri)

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, male/female, 30-40 years
 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
 At least 5 year experience in information system support & Network (2-3 years in application support filed)
 Good communication in English especially speaking and writing
 Interpersonal communication
 Presentation

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 Understand freight forwarder, import/export business process
