Job Detail

1) Report to Vietnamese Project Manager (female)
2) Assigned to Project Team with 30-40 members (JP&VN)
3) Job Responsibilities:
- Work onsite in Japan starting middle of 09/2018 to develop system for customer in Japan
- Join full life cycle of software development
- Support and make sure the communication between Vietnam and Japan team members should be conducted smoothly
- Do the project management like progress management, etc.

1) Essential Requirements:
- Qualification/Certificate: Bachelor's Degree
- Language Skills: Very good Japanese communication skills (equivalent to N2)
- Gender: Any
- Age: From 28
- Must have 3 years' experience in Leader position in IT industry
- Good skills in Java language development (for both Web and Application)
- Have project management experience like as progress management, project management, quality management, etc.
- Experience of Development Processes in at least Detail Design, Coding, Unit Test
- Good interpersonal & teamwork skill, and take the Leadership
- Have sense of responsibility
- Capability for problem-solving
- Able to work under high pressure
- Can read and write Japanese documents
