About this Job
Purpose and objectives:
    Prepare and develop key strategic plan based on potential value of key customers, analyses solutions for selling of the current Medical Systems products portfolio. Identify market opportunities and needs through the analysis of current and potential key customers. Build and maintain relationship with responsibility of key customers both private or government hospital to enhance long term sustainable business growth. 

Duties & Responsibility:
•   Work with Key Account Manager to manage the business plan and prioritize sales activities with key customers towards achieving agreed business aims of Medical systems.
•   Work with Key Account Manager to develop and maintain consultative sales relationships with all customer buying influences within the key account’s organization by providing value-added solutions of Medical System portfolio
•   Complete quarterly business review, detailing all key account activity and strategies employed to assuring the attainment of sales goals
•   Maintain and develop relationship with key customers and building up strong relationship through appropriate proposition and ethical sales methods
•   Monitoring and report on market and competitors activities and product relevant key customers market analysis and market trends, and calculating potential impact and vulnerability of the key customers
•   Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators
•   Present and consult with management on business trends to set up strategy, market expanding and developing new key customers as align with products portfolio
•   Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by direct and indirect sales
•   Submit monthly progress reports including market opportunity and ensure data is accurate            

Qualification:
•   Thai Nationality Only, Male or Female, Age: 30 or over
•   Bachelor Degree or Master degree in Medical Technology or related field 
•   Minimum of 5 years of working experience in Key Account or sales in medical device market, hospital chancellor distribution related field
•   Customer oriented with experience in negotiation and problem solving as well as motivation and leading a sales team
•   Excellent English skills is a MUST both written and spoken
•   Computer literacy, especially in spreadsheet and power point
•   Professional, confident and resilient personality with the ability to build and maintain effective business relationships
•   Own transportation with a valid driving license and be able to travel either to upcountry or abroad when required
•   Able to work under pressure
        *English in Business Level, Fluent (TOEIC: 850)
