<Job Responsibilities>
Draft the legal documents Business Law in Thai and English.
Provide legal support and advice on various legal aspects related to company business, company setup expansion to Thailand, labor and others
Provide various services related in low (license, incorporation, branch establishment, representative office establishment, company registration, change of company registration, BOI, director, the acquisition of various approvals, etc.)
Workplace Area: BTS Chitlom
Working Hour: 9:00-18:00
