<Job Responsibilities>
Draft and review commercial contracts and documents, including meeting with relevant parties with respect to contract matter
Provide legal advice on legal related matters so as to minimize potential legal risk and cope with the company's business operation
Coordinate, liaise, and handle related matters with government agencies and relevant external source
Research laws and government regulations for all department awareness and action
Complete all assignment assign
Workplace Area: Phrapra-daeng, Samutprakarn
Working Hour: 7:30-16:30(Mon-Fri and some Sat)

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 25-30 years old
Bachelor’s degree or Master's Degree in Law with a Thai lawyer license/ Barrister at law
At least 3 - 6 years’ experience in corporate legal field
Strong experience in drafting & reviewing contract or legal documents and handing labor dispute & litigation.
Intensive experience in factory, environment or tax law related field
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Experience in law firm (tier-one firm)
Notarial service attorney
TOEIC more than 700+
Languages skills
