Legal Manager (80K–100K) (SDG-118526)
<Job responsibilities>
Legal 80%, Compliance support 20%
- Provide legal advice, review and Prepare required documentation and ensure the company interests are protected.
- Provide legal advice and Support on all matters that may have an impact on the company.
- Provide counsel on legal matters of company policies and operating procedures, and ensure conduct of the company businesses are in conformity with applicable laws, regulations and guidelines.
- Manage and Coordinate with external lawyers.
- Lead and Participate in negotiating on legal matters with customers, business partners and regulators.
- Conduct legal research and keep abreast of all development and updates, in the relevant laws and regulations applicable to the Company’s business operations.
- Assist management in reviewing company policies and procedures.
- Support for compliance review and laws.
- Other duties as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 37 - 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor or higher in law.
- At least 7+ years of legal experience in an international law firm.
- Good English for oversea business trip and internal communication.
- Able to travel overseas(Laos for once in a 2-3 months)
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Lawyer license.
- TOEIC score over 700+
- compliance experienced.
- Listed company law knowledges.

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Monday-Friday (Work from anywhere on Friday))
