Legal Manager (FMCG) (100K–150K) (SDG-116926)
<Job responsibilities>
- To handle day-to-day operations, e.g. commercial contract review, advertisement & marketing campaign review from legal perspective
- Provide strategic legal advice to local Management team to mitigate and control the potential business risk
- Collaborate with legal team in Tokyo for strategic planning and potential projects such as M&a deals
- Responsible for potential dispute resolution e.g. labour Issue, consumer claims
- Handle Corporate issues (BOD, shareholders, registration, and other related matters)
- Handle BOI issues (Application for new project, regular report etc)
- Build relationship with related government bodies e.g. FDA (for food safety), consumer Protection Board (for consumer claims), BOI, MOC (for FBA)
- Succeed in the legal manager job, you will need to have the ability to Work effectively and co-operatively with Management teams, across borders and internal matrix.
- Other duties as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 35 - 48 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's degree in Law
- At least 10 years of legal experience in a corporate company
- At least 2 years of management experience
- working Experience in a manufacturing company
- business level of English to Communicate with local staff at other ASEAN locations
- Ability to find out legal issue and propose the solutions proactively
- Self-motivated Individual contributor
<Preferable Skill>
- Have Thai lawyer license
- working Experience in a Japanese manufacturing company
- working Experience in regional Management head

English level : Conversational
