Legal officer (30K–40K) (SDG-117147)
<Job responsibilities>
- Contact the public agency for foreign permission working license of Labour Department and Industrial Department.
- Control for the expatriate employees Work permit, visa, re-entry and other concerns.
- Review legally company agreement such as concern to sale, transportation, Leasing, delivery, sale Land and manage for controlling legally, document system of the company.
- Manage and Cooperate matter deal with customs Department for Export privilege of Gold card, Refund Tax.
- Support and manage for legally document permit and extend which concern for Facility
- Deal with BOI for permission official document for construction and other concern.
- Control for register and update seal of company to commercial dept.
- Performs related legally Work to Support as required.
- Support each other in Corporate planning Department for smooth operating.
- Responsible for promote and encourage the achievement of Safety, occupational health and environmental goals.
- Other duties as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male , age 25 - 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's Degree in Law
- At least 3 years of experience in review contract and provide legal opinions as legal officer
- Conversations high leve in English (Communication with Japanese report lines, agreements and e-mails)
- Experience in handling agreements such as concerns to sale, transportation, Leasing, and delivery, and managing for
controlling legal documents of the company.
- Having Driving license
<Preferable Skill / Experience >
- Have good relations with government agencies such as the Labour Department. and Industrial Department,customs, BOI, etc.
- Experience in Japanese company
- Experience in Automotive company

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon - Fri, 1-2 Sat per month (depends on company calendar))
