<Job responsibilities>
- Providing legal advisory to the Management and business operation.
- Drafting and reviewing contracts in Supporting various corporate and commercial transactions both domestic and international.
- Preparing documents for company registration.
- Monitoring new and updated laws.
- Assist on the contract Management system.
- Performing administrative tasks.
- Other tasks as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 23 - 28 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's or master's Degree graduated in Law
- At least 1 year of working experience as a legal in a corporate company
- Conversational high or business level (to communicate with internal, review contracts, documents)
- Having a Lawyer License or Certificate of Thai Bar is a must
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Working experiences in the manufacturing industry
- Experience in fields such as document control, ISO Management system, etc is preferable.
- TOEIC 720 up
Language Skill
English level : Conversational
Japanese level : None
Workplace Area: BTS Nana
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Monday-Friday)
