Legal Officer (15K-30K) (SDG-36823)
<Job Responsibilities>
Support and coordinate with Legal department for senior lawyers to complete the specific case.
Support and Monitor team's legal work schedules including other administrative tasks from time to time.
Contact and communicate the internal and external offices to fulfill as much as information to complete the tasks, such as government offices, agencies and private sectors.
Do the legal search and develop the new rules and regulation, drafting legal documents and company forms.
Complete all aspects of legal works i.e. advise legal advice to clients, drafting and reviewing various agreements and various legal documents.
Legal research, monitoring updates in the laws and regulations.
Other related tasks assigned by managers
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 22-27 years old
Bachelor Degree of Law
New fresh graduate are welcome
1-3 years’ experience as Legal Officer in Legal Consulting Firm or Corporate company
Good command in English both oral and writing
Drafting ,communication and research skills
Self-confidence, energetic, mature and good personality.
Able to work independently and complete assignment within the deadline.
Good command of computer literacy especially MS Office and internet
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Holding Attorney certificate
Holding Toeic test score
Japanese Language skills
Languages skills
English: Conversational Level
Japanese: None

Working Hour: 8:30-17:15 (Mon-Fri)
