<Job Responsibilities>
 To be the secretary of company’s director meeting, shareholder meeting.
 To coordinate external and internal concerned parties in legal and compliance issues
 To submit the company application to:
 Ministry of Industry (Factory licenses)
 Ministry of Defense (Armament licenses)
 Ministry of Commerce (Business license, Shareholder list)
 Local authority such as Or.Bor.Tor
 Work permit for foreigners to work in Thailand, Visa application for Thai.
 To monitor the license and update the renewal issues.
 To be government liaison of company in any particular issues




Workplace Area: 304 Industrial Park, Prachinburi
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon - Fri )
