Legal Specialist (30K-50K) (SDG-39743)
<Job Responsibilities>
Prepare sales and purchase contracts.
Negotiate contract terms with internal and external business partners.
Review and update existing contracts.
Explain terms and conditions to managers and interested parties.
Analyze potential risks involved with specific contract terms.
Stay up-to date with legislative changes and coordinate with the legal department as needed.
Ensure all deadlines and conditions described on contracts are met (e.g. payments and shipment).
Create language standards for existing and new contracts.
Responsible to contact with outsource lawyer in any legal procedure.
Coordinate with outsourcing company's attorney and join the law procedure if required.
Other responsibilities/ tasks.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality ,Male/Female, age 24-35 years old
Bachelor’s Degree in any field
At least 2 years’ experience as Law Officer (Corporate Company or Law firm) or Contract Administrator, Contract Manager or relevant role
Good English ability (create, review contract and coordinate with Chinese Manager)
Good at Microsoft Office software: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
Attentive to details.
Able to meet tight deadlines.
Team cooperative working, good skills of communication and gathering information.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Have BOI and litigation experience
Holding Attorney license
Holding Thai Barrister at Law certificate
Able to communicate in Chinese Language (HSK level 4+)
Languages skills
English: Conversational Level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: BTS Ha Yaek Lad Prao, Bangkok
Working Hour: 9:00-18:00(Mon-Fri)
