Logistic Manager (70K–75K) (SDG-59322)
ผู้จัดการโลจิสติกส์

<Job Responsibilities>
Main mission: Logistic routine tasks
- Responsible to grant a reliable OTIF service levels while optimizing the inventory in line with given Targets.
- In charge of providing the best material availability to Customer request
- Involves in supporting Sales on local allocation/ escalation issues
- Guarantee stable Logistic lead-times
- Ensure an efficient alignment on the operation Activities in the Local WH/ DC
- In charge for the Local Intercompany ordering process
- Support and coach team members in the workplace
- Guarantee an optimum and cost-effective utilization of the transport network/ methods
- Aiming to constantly define, negotiate and maintain the mist effective cost/ service solution with the logistic service providers
- 3rd party customer order management, confirm stock availability and shipment, delivery date to CS team
- Coordinate with Sales and CS teams to provide realistic sales forecast
- Improve forecast accuracy, to ensure on time supply and make the efficient production plan
- Compile sales data for financial dept. and sales teams to analyze
- Trucks arrangement with transportation company
- Do good receipt and goods issue in SAP timely
- Maintain SAP data accurate

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male/Female 40-50 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistic or other relevant field
- Minimum 10 years' experience in logistic, supply chain (Any industry)
- SAP knowledge is required
- Good command of English (Deal with clients and Europe HQ)
- Solid understanding of inventory management practices and procedures
- Knowledge on material import and export in Asian Countries

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Good command of Chinese
- APICS or Equivalent qualification
- Live around Samutprakarn area
- Management skill

English: Conversational Level
Mandarin: Preferable

Workplace Area: BTS Srinagarindra,Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon - Fri)

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
ภารกิจหลัก: งานประจำโลจิสติกส์
- รับผิดชอบในการให้ระดับบริการ OTIF ที่เชื่อถือได้ในขณะที่เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพสินค้าคงคลังให้สอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายที่กำหนด
- รับผิดชอบในการจัดหาวัสดุที่มีอยู่ให้ดีที่สุดตามคำขอของลูกค้า
- เกี่ยวข้องกับการสนับสนุนการขายในประเด็นการจัดสรร / การยกระดับในพื้นที่
- รับประกันระยะเวลาในการขนส่งที่มั่นคง
- ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่ามีการจัดตำแหน่งที่มีประสิทธิภาพในกิจกรรมการดำเนินงานใน WH / DC ในพื้นที่
- รับผิดชอบกระบวนการสั่งซื้อระหว่าง บริษัท ในพื้นที่
- สนับสนุนและโค้ชสมาชิกในทีมในที่ทำงาน
- รับประกันการใช้เครือข่าย / วิธีการขนส่งที่เหมาะสมและคุ้มค่า
- มุ่งมั่นที่จะกำหนดเจรจาและรักษาโซลูชันต้นทุน / บริการที่มีประสิทธิภาพอย่างต่อเนื่องกับผู้ให้บริการโลจิสติกส์
- การจัดการคำสั่งซื้อของลูกค้าบุคคลที่สามยืนยันความพร้อมในสต็อกและการจัดส่งวันที่ส่งมอบให้กับทีม CS
- ประสานงานกับทีมขายและทีม CS เพื่อคาดการณ์การขายที่เป็นจริง
- ปรับปรุงความแม่นยำในการคาดการณ์เพื่อให้แน่ใจว่ามีการจัดหาตรงเวลาและทำให้แผนการผลิตมีประสิทธิภาพ
- รวบรวมข้อมูลการขายสำหรับแผนกการเงิน และทีมขายเพื่อวิเคราะห์
- การจัดรถบรรทุกกับ บริษัท ขนส่ง
- ดำเนินการออกใบเสร็จและสินค้าใน SAP ให้ดีทันเวลา
- ดูแลข้อมูล SAP ให้ถูกต้อง

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทยเพศชาย / หญิงอายุ 40-50 ปี
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาโลจิสติกส์หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 10 ปีในด้านโลจิสติกส์ซัพพลายเชน (ทุกอุตสาหกรรม)
- จำเป็นต้องมีความรู้ SAP
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (จัดการกับลูกค้าและสำนักงานใหญ่ในยุโรป)
- เข้าใจแนวทางปฏิบัติและขั้นตอนการจัดการสินค้าคงคลังอย่างมั่นคง
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับการนำเข้าและส่งออกวัสดุในประเทศแถบเอเชีย

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ>
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาจีนได้ดี
- APICS หรือคุณสมบัติเทียบเท่า
- อยู่แถวสมุทรปราการ
- มีทักษะในการบริหารจัดการ
