Logistic & Order Transaction Staff (22K–28K) (SDG-101637)
เจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายธุรกรรมโลจิสติกส์และคำสั่งซื้อ

<Job responsibilities>
1) Receive purchase order and deliver to customer as requested.
2) Handle and issue concerned document as Tax Invoice, Delivery Note, etc.
3) Plan for delivery route.
4) Report monthly sale volume to Sales Dept.
5) Handle and contact with shipping company and issue concerned document for export order
6) Co-operate with Quality System IS0 9001.
7) Internal co-ordinate with sales team, accounting team and QC team.

<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
1) รับใบสั่งซื้อและส่งมอบให้กับลูกค้าตามที่ร้องขอ
2) จัดการและออกเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น ใบกำกับภาษี ใบส่งสินค้า ฯลฯ
3) แผนเส้นทางการจัดส่ง
4) รายงานยอดขายรายเดือนต่อฝ่ายขาย
5) จัดการและติดต่อกับบริษัทขนส่งและออกเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อสั่งส่งออก
6) ร่วมมือกับระบบคุณภาพ IS0 9001
7) ประสานงานภายในกับทีมขาย ทีมบัญชี และทีม QC


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 23 - 28 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's degree in logistics or other
- 1-2 Years experience in Logistic or import-export
- Inbound and outbound logistics
- Knowledge in SAP
- Export background
- Warehouse Management
- Transportation Management
- Proficiency with Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

- มีประสบการณ์ 1-2 ปีในด้าน Logistic หรือนำเข้าส่งออก
- โลจิสติกส์ขาเข้าและขาออก
- มีความรู้ด้าน SAP
- ประสบการณ์การส่งออก
- การจัดการคลังสินค้า
- การจัดการการขนส่ง
- มีทักษะการใช้ Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
