Job Detail

• Using various strategies and tools to provide effective solutions to customers' concerns.
• Communicating with clients, engineers, and other technicians to ensure that services are delivered effectively.
• Promptly following up on service requests and providing customer feedback.
• Monitoring equipment and machinery performance and developing preventative maintenance measures.
• Writing reports and presenting findings to Managers and Supervisors on a regular basis.
• Other tasks as assigned

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Mon-Fri, Saturday Working: Depends on project)



• Age 22-25 years
• Male only
• Bachelor’s degree of Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering
• 2-3 years of working experiences as Service Engineer, Maintenance Engineer in any manufacture
• Knowledge in Electrical
• Own car and able to use for business purpose
• Flexibility work on Saturday (can compensate to leave on weekday)
• Flexibility to work overtime
• Good command in English for internal communication with Japanese Manager
• Fresh grad is welcome have experience intern maintenance department
