Work Outline: Managing daily operation and maintaining master data in the ERP-sideline system
Duties & Responsibility:
Manage daily operation of production planning, warehouse, dispatch and related job functions.Optimize inventory level to achieve company goal as well as inventory reduction improvement plan.
Cooperate with order center for Customer and BOI activities.
Monitor all transaction and maintain master data in the ERP-sideline system.
General production and delivery plan to achieve 100% on time delivery to customers.
Manage area of receiving, line feeding and customers delivery.
Manage year-end inventory check together with Finance Department.
Contact to order center about the matter, which concern to production control.
Control and maintain all operation-related expenditures. Report to Plant Manager all major cost deviations from the plan.
Staff performance development, appraisals and improvement plans.
Quality awareness as well as apply standard quality systems to the work area.
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Male, Age 38-45 years old
Bachelor’s Degree in any fields
At least 10 years’ experience in manufacturing.
Management skills
Good command in English language.
Knowledge of any ERP / ISO system
[Prefer]
Bachelor’s Degree in Logistic or any related field.
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational Level
Workplace Area: Rayong
Working Hour : 08:15 – 17:15 (Mon – Fri *Sat : 2 times per month)
