Production Leader (Welding Process) @Rayong (28K-30K) (SDG-23381)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Make a maintenance plan of each production line, manage regular inspection, and take an action for improvement by coordinating with supplier
 Make a maintenance plan for each production line (Welding, Pressing etc.) Assign staffs to do regular inspection and let them report
 Coordinate with each other department to improve production quality and capability
 Do trouble shooting when the problems happen, also make a plan how to prevent that problem again
 Coordinate with supplier regarding Jig, Machine, Mold etc. in order to improve production quality
 Control the maintenance process and maintain the work standards of maintenance team
 Motivating and train team members, reviewing their performance.
 Continuously do KAIZEN activity

Workplace Area: Eastern Seaboard, Rayong
Working Hour: 8:00-17:10(Saturday Working: 1-2 times per month)

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 35-43 years old
 Bachelor’s degree in engineer field
 At least 7 years’ experience in maintenance field of manufacturing company
 Have experience in several kinds of maintenance field (Jig, Press Machine, Welding robot, Mold etc), not only 1 field
 Used to work in senior, supervisor or leader level to manage process
 Basic level of English
 Be able to commute to work by themselves

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 Good command of English
 Have CAD knowledge
 Used to work in small to medium size company, and take care many production sections before
