<Saturday Working : 10-15 days per year >

<Position objective/Expectation>
- Responsible to all factory's facilities and electricities.

<Job Responsibilities>
- Check the operation of distribution boards, control panels, motors, sensors, etc.
- Perform regular inspections and maintenance to prevent breakdowns.
- Handling machine and equipment breakdowns.
- Improve equipment operating rates of electrical equipment.
- Propose and implement the introduction of energy-efficient equipment and review of operation methods.
- Change settings of PLCs (programmable logic controllers) and create and modify programs.
- Perform legal inspections
- Report and submit it to government agencies and the company.
- Cooperate with other departments and external contractors.
- Other tasks might assigned by Japanese Manager

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- At least 8 years experience as Production Engineer or Maintenance Engineer
- Can understand electrical hardware drawings and correctly use a tester to investigate
- Experience and knowledge of PLC and can change circuits between Omron and Mitsubishi
- Able to draw simple jig drawings and can understand shapes by looking at the drawings
- Have experience of replacing equipments (cylinders and sensors)
- Understand and able to use drill press


<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experience of working at Japanese automobile manufacturing
- Basic to conversational-low level of Japanese
