Duties & Responsibility:

(Work Outling) :  Work closely with Management Level to establish the HRD ( Talent/Development Training & Evaluation system ) of the company. 

 

Human Resource development

  • People planning – to project headcount and budgeting
  • Training & development – to establish training program and conduct training activities both individual and team development (Program Policy)
  • Performance management – review and propose performance management for process improvement to achieve the  robust, fair and simple process
  • On board training program – develop and implement on board program for newcomers to learn business, process and people according to their roles and to cultivate their engagement at the beginning of their career.
  • H/R projects – lead ,support and conduct any H/R projects assigned

 

H/R management

  • Recruitment,
  • Compensation/Benefit & welfare
  • Discipline
  • Safety & health
  • Labor relation

***Be able to present and attend the International Meeting with Regional HR Team/Management if needed!.

 

Qualification:

(Must)

  • Thai Nationality Only, Male/ Female Age:  35– 42
  • Minimum 7 years experience in H/R functions and require some years experience in managerial or supervisory level.  
  • Bachelor's degree in HRM or other related field.
  • Very good command of English both spoken & written.    
  • Experience in Global H/R function from Globalized Company.  
  • Excellent team leader & interpersonal skill, collaboration and dynamic.
  • Excellent people analysis.      

 (Preferable Qualification)

  • Knowledge in Labor Law
  • Experience in administration function (procurement & office management) is advantage                                                                         
  • Good Manner, Best Interpersonal Skill and Well-Dressed and Business Looking is preferable.
