1. Cost Report
- Monthly actual Cost VS budget analysis
- Material report
- Supplementary report
2. Budget Report
- Allocate budget Expense
- Manpower budget and Overtime budget
3. Prepare Voucher and Input data
- Salary Voucher
- Costing Voucher
- Account Payable
5. Budget Expense Control Report
- Comparative budget & actual Expense report
- Forecast Expense to allocated report
6. Corporate planning
- Gap analysis by comparing business plans and actual results
- Any tasks assigned by Japanese CFO
<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
1. รายงานต้นทุน
- การวิเคราะห์ต้นทุนจริง และ งบประมาณรายเดือน
- รายงานวัสดุ
- รายงานเสริม
2. รายงานงบประมาณ
- จัดสรรงบประมาณรายจ่าย
- งบประมาณกำลังคนและงบประมาณค่าล่วงเวลา
3. จัดเตรียม Voucher และป้อนข้อมูล
- บัตรกำนัลเงินเดือน
- บัตรกำนัลการคิดต้นทุน
- เจ้าหนี้การค้า
5. รายงานการควบคุมค่าใช้จ่ายงบประมาณ
- งบประมาณเปรียบเทียบและรายงานค่าใช้จ่ายจริง
- คาดการณ์ค่าใช้จ่ายไปยังรายงานที่จัดสรร
6. การวางแผนองค์กร
- การวิเคราะห์ Gap โดยเปรียบเทียบแผนธุรกิจกับผลลัพธ์จริง
- งานใดๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจาก CFO ของญี่ปุ่น
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 35 - 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree
・More than bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
・More than conversational high level of English
・More than 10 years experience as Accounting
・Having experience of costing in manufacturing industry
・Having experience or knowledge of 2 or 3 from the followings.
1) Based on sales plan numbers, you can use BOM (Bill of Materials) to create plans for sales and purchased materials costs.
2) Based on personnel plans and overtime plans, you can create plans for labor costs such as salaries, bonuses, various allowances, and overtime pay.
3) Able to create depreciation plans based on each department's investment plans.
4) Based on the above, be able to create a plan's income statement and cash flow statement.
5) Once the results for each month are out, you can compare the above plan and actual results and perform a gap analysis.

・ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสูง
・มีประสบการณ์มากกว่า 10 ปีในด้านบัญชี
・มีประสบการณ์ด้านต้นทุนในอุตสาหกรรมการผลิต
・มีประสบการณ์หรือความรู้ 2 หรือ 3 จากรายการต่อไปนี้
1) ขึ้นอยู่กับหมายเลขแผนการขาย คุณสามารถใช้ BOM (รายการวัสดุ) เพื่อสร้างแผนสำหรับต้นทุนการขายและวัสดุที่ซื้อ
2) ตามแผนบุคลากรและแผนค่าล่วงเวลา สามารถสร้างแผนสำหรับต้นทุนค่าแรง เช่น เงินเดือน โบนัส เบี้ยเลี้ยงต่างๆ และค่าล่วงเวลาได้
3) สามารถสร้างแผนค่าเสื่อมราคาตามแผนการลงทุนของแต่ละแผนกได้
4) จากข้อมูลข้างต้น สามารถสร้างงบกำไรขาดทุนและงบกระแสเงินสดของแผนได้
5) เมื่อผลลัพธ์ในแต่ละเดือนออกมา สามารถเปรียบเทียบแผนข้างต้นกับผลลัพธ์จริง และทำการวิเคราะห์ช่องว่าง
