Manufacturing Manager (80K – 100K) (SDG-112218)

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Technical Infrastructure Specification.
• Development of Work Instructions.
• Designing and implementing technical studies e.g. Time in Motion.
• Supporting associated IT developments.
• Technical support for products and product conditioning procedures.
• Technical drawings and documentation generation and control.
• Process improvement and validation activities.
• Technical and Quality Approval Process.
• Adheres to Change Control processes (ECO) and development thereof.
• Adheres to Quality Procedures and development thereof for the team.
• Develops and manages Engineering resources to achieve business objectives.
• Inspires engineering teams to deliver excellence in creative design, qualification and technical support services.
• Provides technical expertise and support for Service Centers.
• Leads, directs and supports customized service offerings
• Manages department budget and finances
• Follows company policies and practices as outlined in the Employee Handbook, AWAIR and/or applicable employment agreement. Follows safety guidelines and procedures in accordance to the job.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.

• สร้างและควบคุมภาพวาดทางเทคนิคและเอกสาร
• กิจกรรมการปรับปรุงและการตรวจสอบกระบวนการ
• กระบวนการอนุมัติทางเทคนิคและคุณภาพ
• ปฏิบัติตามกระบวนการควบคุมการเปลี่ยนแปลง (ECO) และการพัฒนากระบวนการดังกล่าว
• ปฏิบัติตามขั้นตอนคุณภาพและการพัฒนากระบวนการดังกล่าวสำหรับทีม
• พัฒนาและจัดการทรัพยากรด้านวิศวกรรมเพื่อบรรลุวัตถุประสงค์ทางธุรกิจ
• สร้างแรงบันดาลใจให้ทีมวิศวกรรมส่งมอบความเป็นเลิศในการออกแบบเชิงสร้างสรรค์ คุณสมบัติ และบริการสนับสนุนทางเทคนิค
• ให้ความเชี่ยวชาญทางเทคนิคและการสนับสนุนสำหรับศูนย์บริการ
• เป็นผู้นำ กำกับดูแล และสนับสนุนข้อเสนอบริการที่ปรับแต่งได้
• จัดการงบประมาณและการเงินของแผนก
• ปฏิบัติตามนโยบายและแนวทางปฏิบัติของบริษัทตามที่ระบุไว้ในคู่มือพนักงาน AWAIR และ/หรือข้อตกลงการจ้างงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง ปฏิบัติตามแนวทางและขั้นตอนด้านความปลอดภัยตามงาน
• ปฏิบัติหน้าที่เพิ่มเติมตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 40-48 years
• Female / Male
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• At least 10 years working experience in process and quality management in electronics, home appliance manufacturing.
• At least 3 years management experience has subordinate under control as Assistant - Manager level.
• Advance conversation high in English level. (To communicated with global team)
• Demonstrate a strong mastery of process improvement tools i.e. lean manufacturing, six-sigma system, Kaizen, ISO, etc.
• Ability to hands on in manufacturing engineering, manage on ISO 9000, ISO 14001.
• Experience and solid understanding of working in a diverse and global organization.
• Working experience in global company is preferable.
• Interpersonal, self-confidence and enthusiasm are preferable.
• TOEIC score 700+ is preferable.

• มีประสบการณ์การจัดการอย่างน้อย 3 ปี มีผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาในระดับผู้ช่วย-ผู้จัดการ
• ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนา (เพื่อสื่อสารกับทีมงานระดับโลก)
• แสดงให้เห็นถึงความเชี่ยวชาญอย่างแข็งแกร่งในเครื่องมือปรับปรุงกระบวนการ เช่น lean manufacturing, six-sigma system, Kaizen, ISO, etc. เป็นต้น
