Manufacturing Manager @Rayong (62K-69K) (SDG-25920)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Being responsible for first process (impregnating) of manufacturing, by assuring manufacturing stability, decreasing defect ratio
 Plan & Actual control counteraction for fundamental cause and issues
 Being responsible for coordination and completion of the project by setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities and monitoring project progress
 Reviewing production, coordinating with quality control and maintenance department and statistics to plan and modify all activities
 Planning, developing and implementing new methods from JP HQ and procedures designed to improve operations, minimize operating costs and effect greater utilization of workforce and materials
 Manage subordinates with controlling workforce, providing training
 Other tasks as assigned



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 40-46 years old
 Bachelor's degree
 At least 5 years’ experience as PC/PE in chemical manufacturing process
 At least 3 years’ experience as management
 Advance conversational level (high) of English

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 Conversational level of Japanese

Workplace Area Hemaraj Eastern Seaboard I.E., Rayong
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Saturday working 2 times / month)
