Marketing Manager (100K–110K) (SDG-115495)
<Job responsibilities>
Marketing Campaigns
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to promote and Create unique products and services, drive foot traffic, and increase brand visibility across all seasons complex
- Create impactful online and offline campaigns, including social media, email, and influencer marketing.
- Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and Make Data-driven adjustments to optimize effectiveness.
- Ensure that all marketing initiatives align with the brand’s positioning and core values.
Brand Positioning & Development
- Develop and maintain a Strong, consistent brand identity across all touchpoints, ensuring that brand messaging resonates with target audiences.
- Develop brand assets and promotional materials that reflect the brand’s voice and aesthetics.
- Develop and Implement comprehensive brand communication strategies that enhance brand positioning as a high end commercial complex and increase customer engagement across digital and offline channels.
- Create content for brand communication campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand identity and customer expectations.
- Enhance brand awareness through various offline channels, ensuring that the brand values and unique selling points are effectively communicated.
Online Advertising
- Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to increase brand visibility and drive traffic to both online and physical stores.
- Implement and improve SEO/SEM strategies to maximize organic search results and paid campaign efficiency.
- Develop and execute O2O (online to online and online to offline) strategies to integrate online engagement with offline experiences, ensuring seamless customer journeys across digital and physical touchpoints.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 30 - 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in a digital marketing management role from Property Management, Real Estate, or Digital Agency.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, online advertising, and analytics tools
- ability to Work collaboratively across teams and with external partners.
- Strong Project Management and leadership abilities.
- ability to think creatively, strategically, and analytically.
<Preferable Skill / Experience >
- Chinese language skills.
