เจ้าหน้าที่การตลาด
<Job Responsibilities>
1. Advertisement, sales promotions, and sales events
- Plan and execute monthly sales promotion and marketing activities with marketing and sales team.
- Find prospective events & exhibitions and proceed the arrangement for joining as a leader.
- Analyse the results for all related activities, create effective development plans, and report to superior.
- Consider and arrange premium gifts for marketing activities.
- Responsible for POS display by creating design and providing POP materials.
2. SNS and homepage
- Responsible for company's official homepage and SNS accounts such as LINE OA, etc. to strengthen the brand.
- Develop and implement new initiative plans for creating posts on SNS in order to increase followers and fans.
- Review and analyse the result vs KPI for each post for improving activities on SNS and report to superior.
- Cooperate with the agencies for updating information in official homepage on a monthly basis.
- Response to inquiries or questions from official homepage and SNS.
- Handle other works as assigned by superiors.
- Other tasks as assigned
<Necessary Skills / Experiences>
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, 27-35 years old
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least more than 3-5 years’ experience as sales or marketing, promotion in any industry
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, such as Excel, PowerPoint, Words, and Outlook.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet the deadline.
- Conversational middle level of English
- Can join immediately
<Preferable Skills / Experiences>
- Working experience in Advertisement industry
- Experience in FMCG industry
- Experience in the field of digital marketing such as social media
- Strong knowledge of Excel. Analyse date skill

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
1. การโฆษณา การส่งเสริมการขาย และกิจกรรมการขาย
- วางแผนและดำเนินกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการขายและการตลาดรายเดือนกับทีมการตลาดและการขาย
- ค้นหากิจกรรมและนิทรรศการที่คาดหวังและดำเนินการเตรียมการเพื่อเข้าร่วมเป็นผู้นำ
- วิเคราะห์ผลกิจกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งหมด จัดทำแผนพัฒนาที่มีประสิทธิภาพ และรายงานต่อหัวหน้า
- พิจารณาและจัดของกำนัลพรีเมี่ยมสำหรับกิจกรรมทางการตลาด
- รับผิดชอบการแสดงผล POS โดยการสร้างการออกแบบและการจัดหาวัสดุ POP
2. SNS และโฮมเพจ
- รับผิดชอบโฮมเพจของบริษัทและบัญชี SNS เช่น LINE OA เป็นต้น เพื่อเสริมความแข็งแกร่งให้กับแบรนด์
- พัฒนาและดำเนินการตามแผนริเริ่มใหม่สำหรับการสร้างโพสต์บน SNS เพื่อเพิ่มผู้ติดตามและแฟน ๆ
- ทบทวนและวิเคราะห์ผลลัพธ์เทียบกับ KPI ของแต่ละโพสต์เพื่อปรับปรุงกิจกรรมบน SNS และรายงานต่อหัวหน้า
- ร่วมมือกับหน่วยงานในการอัพเดทข้อมูลในหน้าโฮมเพจอย่างเป็นทางการทุกเดือน
- การตอบคำถามหรือคำถามจากโฮมเพจอย่างเป็นทางการและ SNS
- ดูแลงานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากหัวหน้า
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง อายุ 27-35 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- ประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3-5 ปีในด้านการขายหรือการตลาด, การส่งเสริมการขายในทุกอุตสาหกรรม
- มีความสามารถในการใช้ Microsoft Office เช่น Excel, PowerPoint, Words และ Outlook
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและตรงตามกำหนดเวลา
- ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนากลาง
- เข้าร่วมได้ทันที
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ>
- มีประสบการณ์การทำงานในอุตสาหกรรมโฆษณา
- มีประสบการณ์ในอุตสาหกรรม FMCG
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการตลาดดิจิทัล เช่น โซเชียลมีเดีย
- มีความรู้ Excel เป็นอย่างดี, ทักษะการวิเคราะห์วันที่
