M&E QS Manager (70K-85K) (SDG-28828)
<Job Responsibilities>
To lead M&E team in costing, estimation (BOQ/VO) and project tenders
To manage all activities of M&E department
To manage M&E works of both existing projects and tenders
Ensuring the installation & commissioning works are managed in accordance with quality procedure & safety
Liaise with designer, sub-contractor, supplier to develop M&E works and pricing negotiation
Supervise/training M&E technical skill to subordinate
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Male/ Female, age 40-45 years old
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Mechanical with license
Experience at least 15 years of M&E management (estimate, procurement, site)
Good negotiation skill and business network (M&E sub-con/supplier)
Good knowledge of construction
Good English communication skill
Leadership and proactive character
Good computer skill (MS Officer)
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
AutoCAD 3D knowledge
Track record working in Japanese construction
Languages skills
English: Conversational Level
Japanese: None
