Mechatronics Engineer (Technical Support) (30K–35K) (SDG-115741)

<Job responsibilities>
- Product & Sales Support: provide technical assistance to customers via phone/email, addressing Product inquiries, troubleshooting, and offering solutions. Support the Sales team with Product recommendations, ensuring alignment with customer needs.
- Customer Visits: Occasionally visit clients to offer on-site technical Support, understand their requirements, and resolve issues.
-Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales team to ensure customer needs are met and act as a liaison between customers and internal engineering teams.
- Product knowledge & Documentation: maintain up-to-date knowledge of electrical control products (e.g., PLCs, servo motors) and ensure technical Documentation is current.
- Troubleshooting & Solutions: Analyze customer requirements, provide technical Solutions, and troubleshoot Product-related issues.
- Report & Feedback: Regularly report to the Japanese manager on customer Feedback, technical challenges, and potential Product improvements.



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male , age 25 - 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Experiences 3 years in the fields of Mechatronics or Electrical Machine Design or Engineer job such as Technical Support
- Mainly Electrical specialist who can handle "Electrical control products (Example: Servo motor, PLC/PC programming, etc,.)
- Conversation middle or high in English (to Communicate with Japanese manager and customer)
- Able to go training at Rayong for the 1st 3 months (Hotel accommodation provided by the company for the entire duration of the training period)
- Have personal car with a driving license for visit clients (Mostly visit with Sales team)
