Metal Sheet Manufacturing Manager (Chinese or English Speaking) (80K – 100K) (SDG-115770)
ผู้จัดการฝ่ายผลิตแผ่นโลหะ (สื่อสารภาษาจีนหรือภาษาอังกฤษ)

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Lead all manufacturing engineering, encompassing capital and process development projects, providing superior technical knowledge.
• Responsible for providing leadership, outstanding people skills and management to a team of Production Engineers.
• Responsible for installation, maintenance and improvement of production lines, managing contractors and ensuring that Health, Safety and Environmental requirements are adhered to.
• Implement and manage continuous improvement principals by highlighting deficiencies and recommending changes in training, working practices and processes.
• Control and plan production
• Check and supervise the control of the forming of Metal Sheet process
• Control production, export, and quality inspection of Metal Sheet (Produce: Metal Sheet small 150/day, large 100/day)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
• เป็นผู้นำด้านวิศวกรรมการผลิตทั้งหมด ซึ่งรวมถึงโครงการพัฒนาเงินทุนและกระบวนการ โดยให้ความรู้ทางเทคนิคที่เหนือกว่า
• รับผิดชอบในการให้ความเป็นผู้นำ ทักษะด้านบุคลากรที่โดดเด่น และการจัดการแก่ทีมวิศวกรการผลิต
• รับผิดชอบในการติดตั้ง บำรุงรักษา และปรับปรุงสายการผลิต จัดการผู้รับเหมา และให้แน่ใจว่าปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดด้านสุขภาพ ความปลอดภัย และสิ่งแวดล้อม
• นำไปปฏิบัติและจัดการหลักการปรับปรุงอย่างต่อเนื่องโดยเน้นย้ำข้อบกพร่องและแนะนำการเปลี่ยนแปลงในการฝึกอบรม แนวทางการทำงาน และกระบวนการ
• ควบคุมและวางแผนการผลิต
• ตรวจสอบและดูแลการควบคุมกระบวนการขึ้นรูปแผ่นโลหะ
• ควบคุมการผลิต การส่งออก และการตรวจสอบคุณภาพของแผ่นโลหะ (ผลิต: แผ่นโลหะขนาดเล็ก 150 ชิ้นต่อวัน แผ่นโลหะขนาดใหญ่ 100 ชิ้นต่อวัน)


Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 40-47 years
• Male only
• Bachelor’s degree in any related field
• At least 5 years as Production Control, Production engineer in Metal, Steel, Aluminums manufacturing company or Electronics, Automotive that has metal steel product.
• 3 years management experience to control subordinated as Manager level only.
• Advance conversation high level of Chinese or English. (Chinese MD can communicate in English)
• Have good communication skills; have a good ability to withstand pressure; have a strong sense of service, work enthusiasm and sense of responsibility, and a good team spirit.
• HSK5+ and TOEIC 650+ is preferable.
• Familiar with various processing techniques for mechanical and sheet metal products is preferable.

ทักษะ/ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น

• มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี มีความสามารถทนต่อแรงกดดันได้ดี มีความรู้สึกในการบริการที่ดี มีความกระตือรือร้นในการทำงานและมีความรับผิดชอบ และมีจิตวิญญาณแห่งทีมที่ดี
• มีคะแนน HSK5+ และ TOEIC 650+ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• คุ้นเคยกับเทคนิคการประมวลผลต่างๆ สำหรับผลิตภัณฑ์ทางกลและแผ่นโลหะ
