Duties & Responsibility:
Monitoring work (detect, dispatch, escalate incident to proper parties regarding procedure and protocol).
User support (1st line investigate and troubleshooting inquiries and request from customers, escalate to proper parties if necessary).
Monitoring Server and Monitoring target Server setting (Windows, Linux and UNIX) with using other company's product.
Monitoring Server problem solving with using support team (to find direct / actual cause, resolution, countermeasure).
Create operation documents as well as maintain them periodically.
Coordinate and negotiate with all related parties (customers, internal team, other div., etc.) to process and fulfill operation and project.
Qualifications:
Desired skills & experiences:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Male or Female, Age 22 - 30 years old.
Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering or Telecom Engineering.
Work experience 1 - 8 years, (New graduate is welcome).
Experience with IT business field will be advantage.
Can speak Japanese as business level (can discuss / negotiate with Japanese speaker).
Basic UNIX and Linux knowledge and experience is needed.
Japanese N1 or N2 level only, TOEIC 650 above or similar level.
Good communication skill, team player and logical thinking.
Good Service mind and problem solving.
Able to work as shift

Experience with service desk business field will be advantage.
Languages skills:
English: Business Level
Japanese : JLPT N2 (strong communication skill)
Workplace Area: Samutprakarn
Working Hour: 08.30 – 17.30 (Mon-Fri)
