Motor Sr. Engineer - Supervisor (25K – 35K) (SDG-107506)
วิศวกรด้านมอเตอร์ระดับอาวุโส-ระดับหัวหน้างาน

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Development of motors for air conditioners (Confirmation of required specifications, motor design, evaluation planning/execution/result summary, review)
• Trouble analysis in design, consideration of countermeasures.
• Creation of related 2D drawings, creation of structure list and specifications.
• Share work of team members (Consider work schedules and work assignments, review within the group and manager)
• Consider improving work efficiency, such as manualizing and automating routine work.

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:
• พัฒนามอเตอร์สำหรับเครื่องปรับอากาศ (ยืนยันข้อมูลจำเพาะที่ต้องการ, ออกแบบมอเตอร์, วางแผน/ดำเนินการประเมิน/สรุปผลลัพธ์ และตรวจสอบ)
• วิเคราะห์ปัญหาในการออกแบบ และพิจารณาแนวทางแก้ไข
• สร้าง 2D drawings ที่เกี่ยวข้อง และสร้างรายการโครงสร้างและข้อมูลจำเพาะ
• แบ่งงานให้กับสมาชิกในทีม (พิจารณาตารางการทำงานและการมอบหมายงาน ตรวจสอบภายในกลุ่มและผู้จัดการ)
• พิจารณาปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพการทำงาน เช่น กำหนดการทำงานประจำด้วยตนเองและอัตโนมัติ


Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 25-30 years
• Male only
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering Electronics/Power Electronics or any related field. (GPA not under 3.00 or above.)
• At least 3 years Work experience related to motor design or electrical product design.
• Conversational middle-level English
• Proactive problem-solving skills
• CAD 2D/3D experience or knowledge
• Not job hopper
• Experience related to motor design is preferable.
• Knowledge and experience in handling development events and reviews is preferable.

• ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนา
• มีทักษะในการแก้ปัญหาเชิงรุก
• มีประสบการณ์หรือความรู้เกี่ยวกับ CAD 2D/3D
• ไม่เปลี่ยนงานบ่อย
• มีประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับการออกแบบมอเตอร์จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• มีความรู้และประสบการณ์ในการจัดการกิจกรรมการพัฒนาและการตรวจสอบจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
