MS Exchange Support Engineer (24K-40K) (SDG-21929)
<Job Responsibilities>
Take role as a team leader of Microsoft Exchange Support Team
Perform Infrastructure management for Microsoft Exchange 2013
Broad knowledge of Microsoft products and technologies
Solve problem, apply change configuration follow customer request
Track/record information into case manage system
Perform root cause analysis of critical outage and incidents, engineer performance solutions, coordinate implementation
Update/create/maintain manual operation document
Create and submit report document to customer
Workplace Area: BTS Ploenchit, Bangkok
Working Hour: Monday-Saturday
• Shift [Morning shift: 7.30-16.30, Afternoon shift: 12.00-21.00, Night shift: 21.00-9.00*(after 05.30 is OT)]

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, male/female, 25-35 years
Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Computer or related fields
Experience 3-5 years as Support Engineer in Microsoft Exchange or related field
Knowledge in Microsoft Windows server, Network Infrastructure, Advance Microsoft Exchange 2013, Microsoft Officer 365 and Active direction
Familiar with o365 administrating such as Exchange online, One drive, Skype for business and SharePoint would be advantage
Basic Microsoft PowerShell
