Painting/ Coating Supervisor

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Painting production control and management and control team.
• Improve the productivity, quality, cost, delivery, achieve the goals of the department.
• Control and operation of according to the production plan Handle process of painting
• Solution the problem of paint work, robot monitor (program) Trial new model with engineer, OSM work, WI/PSW/CV document, Visual colour check, Measurement
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 30-40 years
• Male only
• Bachelors Degree in Industrial management or any other related field.
• At least 4 years experience as production painting from automotive in manufacturing industry. or coating from other company.
• At least 3 years experience in management level
• Knowledge ISO9001, IATF16949 production system
• Process Management skill (4M) under automotive part standard
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Advance conversation low level in English

• Workplace Area: Amata City Chonburi Industrial Estate
• Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Mon-Fri <Saturday Working: Depend on calendar (Average 1-2 times per 3 months)>)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
• พ่นสีควบคุมการผลิตและบริหารและควบคุมทีมงาน
• ปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพการผลิต คุณภาพ ต้นทุน การส่งมอบ บรรลุเป้าหมายของแผนก
• ควบคุมและดำเนินการตามแผนการผลิต จัดการกระบวนการทาสี
• แก้ปัญหางานสี, หุ่นยนต์มอนิเตอร์ (โปรแกรม) ทดลองโมเดลใหม่กับวิศวกร, งาน OSM, เอกสาร WI/PSW/CV, ตรวจสีด้วยสายตา, ตรวจวัด
ทักษะที่จำเป็น / ประสบการณ์
• อายุ 30-40 ปี
• ผู้ชายเท่านั้น
• วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาการจัดการอุตสาหกรรม หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• ประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 4 ปี ด้านการผลิตสีจากยานยนต์ในอุตสาหกรรมการผลิต หรือการเคลือบจากบริษัทอื่น
• ประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3 ปีในระดับบริหาร
• ความรู้ระบบการผลิต ISO9001, IATF16949
• ทักษะการจัดการกระบวนการ (4M) ภายใต้มาตรฐานชิ้นส่วนยานยนต์
• เชี่ยวชาญใน MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint และ Outlook)
• ภาษาอังกฤษในระดับสนทนา

• พื้นที่ปฏิบัติงาน : นิคมอุตสาหกรรมอมตะซิตี้ ชลบุรี
