Job Detail

 Ensuring all POs are correct and raised in accordance with purchasing procedures and policies and also delivery on time
o Seeking quality sources by using strategic sourcing and negotiate with Suppliers
o Monitoring the import and local packaging in order to ensure the correct tax and duty are paid for both local and export sales and also delivery
o Coordinating warehouse management for packaging inventory.
o Generating reports in SAP and MS-EXCEL for the Purchase requisitions PO based on Packaging Materials Planning provide
o Performing packaging budgeting, including calculating total packaging costs and quality effectively.
 Plan, Develop, implement and evaluate process for packaging material costs , quality with supplier
o Studying & designing new projects and aftermarket product packaging, understanding packaging’s orientation by communicating with customers, suppliers and other departments; checking packaging materials, and leading packaging tests to get customer’s approval.
o Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and ensuring no material shortages.
o Follow up standards and procedures for inspection, documentation requirements.
o Generating supplier database for the material and packaging
o Artwork preparation and checking for artwork for packaging; label.
 Control all supplier [packaging]
o Make a receiving plan for control incoming sub materials
o Confirm receiving plan to suppliers and follow up shipment

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Female, age 27-33 years old
 Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineer of related field
 Minimum 5 years of experience in a purchasing/procurement of packaging.
 Advanced Conversation Level of English (Med)
 Knowledge in MRP system and SAP.
 Good systematic thinking, analytical skill, computer skill.
 Communication and interpersonal skills.


 Able to work well under pressure.

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(No Saturday Working)
